Laurie Soffiati joined the CNAM in 2022 as head of the new Telehealth and Digital Innovation Department.

As one of the last graduates in 2022 of ENA (France’s National School of Administration) before it was replaced by INSP (National Institute of Public Service), she completed internships at the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence prefecture and at the French embassy in Ireland, and wrote a thesis on the challenges of using blockchain technology in government institutions.

Laurie Soffiati also holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs (Sciences-Po Paris) and a Master’s degree in Public Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne University).

From 2019 to 2020, she was a parliamentary assistant to Danièle Hérin, member of parliament for the 1st constituency of Aude, and contributed to work on the economic models of the GAFAM tech giants within the framework of the “Digital Sovereignty” mission.
