After graduating with a Master’s degree in Law and also from a business school, I started my career in the real-estate development sector before joining a well-known recruitment firm in 2011. I specialise in IT and Health recruitment. I first recruited for pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device and biotech companies, software publishers and then, because of its development, moved quite naturally to recruitment for eHealth players.

This has given me the opportunity to reveal the potential of many candidates, to give a new impetus to their careers, but also to help clients hunt for the rare talents who will enable them to carry out development or growth projects.

In 2022 I joined WISE HR, an agile organisation on a human scale.
