Head of the Operations Centre at the DSN Digital Services Division, also commonly known as “Run”, bringing together several teams responsible for the life cycle maintenance of equipment and applications installed at the Toulouse University Hospital.

There are three teams, respectively for:

– “production and infrastructure operations”, which has operational responsibility for the administration and operation of DATACENTRE infrastructure environments (servers, backup, virtualisation, storage, publication), networks, telephony, scheduling, supervision and cybersecurity;

– “production and application operations”, which has operational responsibility for the administration and operation of all support function applications (administrative, logistics, assets, financial) as well as patient applications (digitised patient files, medical-technical aspects, such as imaging, biology, patient pathways, biomedical details);

– “local services”, which is in charge of all activities related to the end user, i.e. help desk, local maintenance, administration of workstations and management of user requests.

This department employs over sixty people and provides remotely-managed services. It is centralised on a site at Hotel Dieu, with two PCA datacentres in Toulouse and on-site maintenance teams.
