Director General of ANAP National Agency for Health and Medico-Social Performance
Stéphane Pardoux, a hospital director, joined the National Agency for Health and Medico-Social Performance (ANAP) after a hospital career of more than 20 years during which he managed health institutions of all kinds and a regional hospital group (GHT).
A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and EHESP, Stéphane Pardoux began his career in the financial and information systems department of Avicenne Hospital before taking over the management of logistics and hotel services at the Bichat – Claude-Bernard hospital group.
He continued his career in health administration in the investment department of Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital. In 2006, he was appointed Director of the hospitals of Pithiviers and Beaune-la-Rolande. As Deputy Director General of the University Hospitals of Paris Centre/Cochin-Broca-Hôtel Dieu from 2009 to 2012, he organised the opening of the Port Royal maternity hospital.
He then joined the private hospital sector, taking over the management of the Antony Private Hospital (run by Ramsay Santé), the leading private hospital in Île de France. In 2014, he took over the management of the Créteil Hospital, before becoming the acting general manager of the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges Hospital (2017) while also leading the project to merge the two establishments within the Eastern Val-de-Marne GHT.
Stéphane Pardoux joined ANAP on 1 July 2021 after having been Deputy Director General of the Gustave Roussy Institute.
He was also vice-president of the Health Establishment Certification Board for the French High Authority for Health.
