President of the Health Communication Festival (Festival de la Communication Santé)

The 31^st Health Communication Festival will take place in two parts. The first will be held during Health Communication Week from 22 to 26 November, in digital format. And the second, on 21 January in Deauville with conferences, speed-visions and the Awards ceremony. Dominique Noël is a health communicator and is followed by more than 67,500 people across all social networks.
