Vice-President of the French National Federation of Regional Health Professional Communities (CPTS)
An expert in eHealth, Dr Nicolas Homehr is a “country” GP who is very familiar with the reality of regional medical services and convinced of the potential of digital technology to improve prevention and treatment. The Sud-Toulousain Regional Health Professional Community (CPTS), which he chairs, was the first in France to deploy ICOPE (a WHO application for identifying patient frailty based on clinical criteria). Dr Homehr is also setting up early detection initiatives for leprosy using artificial intelligence in Senegal as part of the global ZLP project.
